Entities in scope of NIS 2, DORA or sector rules have to show where network data is processed and who can reach it. A deployment you own removes an entire class of questions from the audit.
ConnectMyAssets is published in France and runs exclusively on infrastructure you own, wherever that infrastructure is. There is no vendor cloud to send configurations to, no account to open on our side, and none of your network data ever leaves your estate. Sovereignty here is not a label: it is a deployment model.

Plant and OT networks often have no direct path to the internet, by design. The software is installed inside the segment and needs one single outbound connection, which can go through your proxy: nothing from the network itself leaves.
An instance per client, hosted by the client or by you, keeps each estate separate without a shared multi-tenant cloud in between.
Each subsidiary runs the software where its own rules require, with the same product and the same policies.
The difference is not the feature list. It is where your network data is processed and who can be compelled to hand it over.
Claims about sovereignty are only worth the technical choices behind them. Here are ours.
Collection, storage, analysis and the web interface all run on your instance. We do not host a copy of your estate, so there is no copy to protect, to audit or to repatriate.
ConnectMyAssets renews a signed licence with our infrastructure over one outbound connection, which can go through your proxy. Only three things travel: the licence check, the number of devices per category, and the vendor, model and firmware used to match vulnerabilities. Never a configuration, a credential, an address or a hostname.
Device credentials live in the integrated vault on your instance and are injected into sessions without being shown or shared. They are never transmitted to us.
Configuration history, compliance scores and recorded sessions are stored in your instance, in formats you can export. Leaving the product does not mean leaving your audit trail behind.
The company is French (its legal identity is in our privacy notice), and the product is bilingual and used beyond France. Being a French publisher is about who designs and supports the software, not about where you are allowed to use it.
Support is provided in your working hours, wherever your teams are, in French or in English.
A virtual machine or a container host inside your network, sized to your estate. No inbound flow from the internet is required.
Outbound SSH from the instance to the devices it manages, on the segments you open, plus the light discovery probes. No agent on the devices, nothing else.
Upgrades when you decide, backups with your own tooling, retention set by your own policy.
Prepare your project and define your scope.
No. The instance runs on your infrastructure and we have no access to it. If you ask for support on a specific problem, you decide what you send us and in what form.
No. We are a French publisher; the deployment model is the same wherever you operate: the software runs on infrastructure you own, under the law that applies to it.
Yes. ConnectMyAssets is installed inside the isolated network and needs only one outbound connection to our infrastructure, which can go through your HTTP proxy and your own certificate authority. Everything else stays inside the segment. See our page on isolated environments.
You maintain one instance: upgrades and backups. In exchange you remove an external dependency from your management plane, and you keep your evidence where your auditors already look.
