By accessing ConnectMyAssets, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
ConnectMyAssets provides network configuration compliance auditing tools to help assess network configurations. The Service does not provide certifications or guarantee compliance with any regulatory framework.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your credentials with unauthorized parties.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ConnectMyAssets only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are owned by ConnectMyAssets and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
ConnectMyAssets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription agreement in accordance with the contract terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
