The NOC dashboard on the wall
Devices unreachable now, active alerts by family, sites getting worse, the map of the sites: open it in TV mode, full screen, refreshed every minute, readable from 1080p to 4K.
The network team wants unreachable devices and saturated uplinks, security wants critical CVEs, management wants compliance trends. ConnectMyAssets gives each of them a network operations dashboard built from the same live data: start from a ready-made dashboard, customise it in place, share it with a team and put it on the NOC wall. Every figure opens the exact rows behind it, and every viewer only sees their own scope.

Critical CVEs by device type, known exploited vulnerabilities, CVSS against EPSS, remediation deadlines exceeded: the security team works from the same figures as the network team.
Average compliance score over 90 days, most failed policies, lowest scores by site, end of support approaching: print the dashboard or save it as PDF for the steering committee.
Build one dashboard, share it with a user group and its sub-groups: each customer or region reads the same layout with its own figures, never another's.
Every overview page of ConnectMyAssets is a dashboard, and every dashboard can be made your own.
The home page shows the estate at a glance, and each area has its own: overviews for switches, routers, firewalls and access points, compliance, vulnerabilities, Soron alerts and monitoring. They work as soon as the first devices are collected.
Click Customise: drag a widget by its title, resize its width and height, duplicate or remove it, change its settings with a live preview. Keyboard moves work too. Nothing is written until you save, and a built-in dashboard can always be reset to default.
Pick what to count, the indicator, then how to show it: figure, trend, bars, donut, gauge, heatmap, treemap, table, map and more. Only the displays that read well for that figure are offered, and a preview computed with your rights shows the result before it joins the dashboard.
Click a bar, a slice, a cell or a figure: the full list opens with exactly the rows it counts, filterable, sortable and exportable. A 6 on screen is 6 devices in the list, never an approximation.
A custom dashboard belongs to a user group and can be offered to its sub-groups. Each user can pick their favourite dashboard per page. Saving a change updates it for everyone who reads it, each keeping the figures of their own scope.
A dashboard follows the asset-group scope chosen in the header, or names its own. Drop-down variables filter every widget at once, by site or vendor. Each viewer's rights are enforced in the database before any figure is computed: no count ever reveals a group they cannot see.
Refresh a dashboard every 1, 5 or 15 minutes. TV mode hides the menus, fills the screen and scales the text to the display, so the NOC dashboard reads well on any wall screen.
Print a dashboard or save it as PDF with a clean layout, export any widget's data to CSV. Export a dashboard definition as a JSON file and import it on another ConnectMyAssets instance or for another team: asset groups are matched by name, and the file never contains data.
Widgets never read tables directly: they ask a bounded aggregation service that knows a closed set of sources, measures and filters.
Every query starts from the asset groups where the viewer holds the required permission. A team dashboard is always computed with the viewer's rights, never its author's.
Every breakdown returns its top values plus an Others bucket computed from the total, and a click zooms one level down the group tree. A dashboard stays readable at 5 000 groups.
Widgets load as they scroll into view and are answered from pre-computed rollups, so a dashboard stays fast on tens of thousands of devices and a year of history, for a regional team as for a global administrator.
A dashboard is a versioned definition checked against a closed schema on save and on import. An imported file outside the schema is refused whole, and the import report lists what was matched and what was left out.
Open the home page or a module overview: the built-in dashboard is already filled with your data.
Move, resize, add indicators and remove what your team does not need, with a live preview.
Save it for a user group and its sub-groups, set it as the default, export it for another ConnectMyAssets instance.
Put it in TV mode on the NOC screen, print it for the review, and click any figure to reach its rows.
Prepare your project and define your scope.
Anything the platform knows: inventory by vendor, model and firmware, devices unreachable and health readings, Soron alerts, compliance scores and failures, vulnerabilities, firewall rule risks, TLS certificates, subnets, discovery history, lifecycle and operations. About 300 ready-made indicators are available, as figures, trends, charts, tables or a map.
Start from the home dashboard or the Monitoring overview, click Customise, keep the widgets the operations room needs (devices unreachable, active alerts, sites getting worse, the site map), save it for the NOC user group and open it in TV mode with auto-refresh.
Yes. A dashboard is shared with a user group and, if you choose, its sub-groups. Figures are always computed with each viewer's own rights and scope, so a regional team and the head office read the same layout with different numbers.
Yes. Print opens a layout without menus or toolbars, each widget kept whole on a page, ready for your browser's Save as PDF. The data of any widget can also be exported to CSV.
Yes. Export writes a versioned JSON file holding the definition only (layout, widgets, scope, settings), never data. Import reads it into a user group you manage, matches asset groups by their path of names, and reports anything that could not be matched.
Each dashboard can refresh every 1, 5 or 15 minutes, or not at all. Refresh pauses while the browser tab is hidden and runs at once when you come back. TV mode always refreshes, at least every minute when the dashboard has no setting of its own.
No. Dashboards are part of ConnectMyAssets and read its data directly, with its access control. If you also run Grafana or another tool, ConnectMyAssets exposes its own metrics in Prometheus format, and the REST API gives access to the same data.
